Delete my account.
You can permanently delete your Rinpil account and everything in it at any time. This is irreversible. All videos, images, recipients, trusted contacts, reminders, and scheduled deliveries — including future-dated and passing-triggered ones — are cancelled and permanently removed. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time.
Option 1 · Delete from inside the app
Sign in and go to your Account page. Scroll to "Delete account", confirm, and everything is removed within minutes.

If you can't sign in (lost access, deceased account holder request from a legal representative, etc.) use the Contact page and select "Data deletion request". We reply within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verified identity.

- Your account and profile are deleted.
- All videos and images are removed from Cloudflare R2 storage.
- All recipients, trusted contacts, reminders, and scheduled deliveries are removed.
- Any pending future or posthumous deliveries are cancelled — nothing is sent.
- Any active subscription is cancelled at the close of the current period; past charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We retain only the minimum records required by law (e.g. billing records) for the statutory period.
