Cookie Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies (and similar local-storage tokens) are small pieces of data your browser stores so a website can remember things between visits — like whether you're signed in.

What Rinpil uses

Strictly necessary. A secure session token so you stay signed in as you move between Vault, Record, Recipients, and other pages. Without it the app cannot function.

Preferences. Small keys in local storage that remember, for example, the plan you selected on the Pricing page so we can bring you back to it after sign-in.

Payments. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud. These are covered by Stripe's cookie policy.

Analytics. Rinpil currently uses a minimal, privacy-respecting analytics setup to understand aggregate usage. We do not use Meta Pixel or advertising cookies. If this changes we'll update this page and notify account holders.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary session cookie will prevent you from signing in. You can delete your entire account and its associated data at any time from /delete-account.
